My Lucid Creativity

I really don't remember how we met but definitely we have become online buddies for quite sometime now. I consider her a blessing since she has helped me in a lot of ways. She helped me with my Pinay Mommy Logo, Pinay Mommies Badge and also the graphics used in my blog template. She shares her knowledge with nothing in return. Since she doesn't ask for anything return, all I can give her is a prayer to the Almighty for her kindness and big heart.

Dear Lord, I thank you for giving me friends that are so gracious and kind. Thank you that in some ways you send angels to touch my life. Thank you that one of them is Lucid Creativity. I pray that you bless her always and protect her. I pray that her desires which is according to Your will may come to pass. Bless her for the kindness that she has bestowed upon me. My Marriage

One of the miracles I experienced in life is the reconciliation of my marriage life. Being separated from my husband for 2 years in not an easy experience for me and even for him. The 2 years that we were not together...I call it HELL or DARK DAYS.

Since God intended husbands and wives to be together, I am thankful that He guided us back together - maybe not in perfect harmony but in humility to accept and live with each other's differences. We are still fighting and arguing but one thing is special right now - pride is there but we would not allow it to tear down our marriage again. Love would keep us alive!!

"Lord, I thank you for the love that you have shown to us. Thank you for guiding us back together in each other's arms and giving us the kind of love that we should be having. My Bestfriends

We haven't seen each other for a very long time. The married one is in the US and the blue lady (still single) is in Mindanao and me...I am in Negros Island.

The three of us graduated from Civil Engineering. They had their diploma in the year 2001 and I had mine in 2002 (why?? - I gave birth to my baby girl so I have to stop for a year). Well, we really had a great time in college, both in school and in church.

I missed them very much and I really considered them us my blessings. They have done so much for our friendship and I appreciate their lives.

My Baby Boy

How can I ever forget - my baby boy!! He is sweet, thoughtful to his sister and very loving. He is the one who always make me laugh and angry at the same time. At a very young age, he speaks the truth and with all honestly. My boy. My blessing.

"Lord, you are so gracious enough to entrust me with a baby boy. I know it would be a challenge raising up a boy but I know you will help me with this. Lord, bless him always and guide him in his ways. Make him responsible and that someday he will be a good leader. In Jesus Name, Amen!"

My Baby Girl

Oh yes! My baby girl who is now a big girl already. Indeed she is a blessing. Sometimes I couldn't believe that she is already in Grade 2. I remember the time I gave birth to her, it seemed like it was only yesterday.

"Lord, thank you for giving my baby girl to me. I know you have bestowed her upon me to guide her and take care of her. Make me a good mother to her. Bless her with great wisdom and knowledge. Guide her always. In Jesus Name, Amen!"

My Spouse??

Ha ha ha!! What a title!

I guess my spouse is also a blessing to me. God gave him to me to become my bitter or I mean my better half. Oh well, we don't have the perfect marriage since we both went to hell and back but I believe God has a great purpose - "iron sharpens iron."

God gave me my husband so that I can be a person the He wants me to be. And that is where my husband comes in...my mentor, my persecutor, my critic and my love. Yes! I love this person very much. As I always said...till eternity and beyond.

"Lord, thank you for giving me my husband. I may not really understand why You have chosen him for me but one thing for sure, you gave me a big heart to love him. Bless my husband and keep him safe always. Amen!"

Mama and Papa

The very first thing that came into my mind when I was beginning to count my blessings was my parents. I guess my parents are one of the greatest blessings to me.

My mama and my papa are not rich people but I guess they did a good job raising me and my siblings.

They strive very hard to send me to the best schools (preschool to college) in our place. They told me that they can't give me richness but they can give me an education that could change my life. And they did! I graduated college with a degree on Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (you may say really? yes! really).

Blogging about Blessings

This is the forth blog I created with Blogger.Com. I seem to enjoy there blogging platform because it's easy to use.

Anyway, I created this blog named "MY BLESSINGS" because I want to be reminded always with all the good things God has given me. I myself am not perfect and I have a lot of problems that sometimes negativities crept-in and I start complaining. Therefore, forgetting to acknowledge the blessings I have received. So, I want to blog about everything that I considered a "blessing" for me. Just as other people say..."Count Your Blessings!!"
