Blessings and Beyond

It’s been several Sundays that I haven’t attended church. Last Sunday, I decided to attend but was not able to do so because I was having a back pain and felt so tired from attending several transactions related to our new place. So I decided to rest and sleep.

Around four in the afternoon, I woke up and checked my FaceBook account. There a blogger friend of mine tagged me to read her note. I went and immediately read her note. It was an invitation to the 40 Days of Grace launching, a joint project of the Bacolod Pastors Prayer Fellowship.

Since, I felt rested already; I decided to join the launching and inter-fellowship at the same time. Then when 6pm came, I went to Sea Breeze Hotel at San Juan Street, Bacolod City. There were many people who attend. I think approximately 300 pastors, church leaders and members from all over Bacolod City worshiped and praised God at that moment.

Anyway, 40 Days of Grace are devotional materials put-up by 20 plus pastors and lay workers from Bacolod Pastors Prayer Fellowship to help every Christian grow in their relationship to our Lord Jesus Christ.

I bought a devotional book and workbook for myself and our pastor. I also bought a scripture memory card while I got the instructional DVD for pastor. I haven’t begun reading it but will definitely do this week.
