Eggplant Salad

Weekend Snapshot 4

My parents and I made an effort to make this eggplant salad yesterday. My mom grilled the eggplants; my father mixed and flavored it, while I did the picture taking and editing. LOL!!

Barry from the word barrio or rural while Urby from the word urban. Same recipe but presented in different ways. For both salads, the amount we spent is around $1.50 and it serves around 4 to 6 persons per set.
