When buying home entertainment gadgets, it is always good to have at least a basic idea of what you are buying and its functions. These days there are so many different versions in the market and each time you think you have mastered one, another one comes out that needs mastering.

The way to get beyond this is to go for what you want and be content with that. Trying to keep up with the Joneses is an exercise in futility as there is always something new to buy. If you want a really big home entertainment system, there are some good dlp lcd projectors out there. Just pick one that has the functions you like and that has a long lifespan and be happy with that.
