Real Estate Venture
One of the PROS and CONS of global recession is making real estate an affordable venture. Since many people needed money, they sell their properties at a much cheaper price. And those with lots of money buy real estate properties at an affordable rate compared to a stable economy.
Speaking of real estate, I just learned from a friend that some of her American friends are checking out Hatteras foreclosures. The properties there are just too awesome to pass; so most of her friends are talking about the possibilities of purchasing a place there for personal or maybe business reasons. She said if she had the money, she would love to own a place there too as Hatteras is one of the great places to spend a vacation with the family.
Well, as for me, if I had the money, why not invest in real estate right? You can always make money from renting them out or resell them again. Real estate is a good business venture.
