Recession’s PROs and CONs
Ever since the recession hit the world economy, many people are now suffering from financial crisis. Most families are having a hard time making ends meet. Just like us, it seems that bill paying is a never ending cycle. After I have paid an overdue account, another bill will come and it will become overdue too! It is just so depressing.
Anyway, just like they said, recession is not all that bad. Why? Because the real estate market is very affordable as of the moment and there are many mall-wide sale! Well, I guess that is only good for those who have money to spend but how about those who don’t have any?
Oh well, I guess some places in the US are still a hit especially in the real estate market. There are good and premium lots available at Wilmington NC real estate. I wish we would be able to buy our own too…someday and God-willing!
there had always been recession in my family too. it always happen.
times have been hard, but thankfully, God is still good. we have had difficult times recently, too, especially since i got pregnant and got hospitalized a couple of times. but well, life goes on.
