Stress Makes Me Fat
If someone asks me right now, what is the best fat burner in the world? I would say “STRESS.” But unfortunately, it is not for me anymore. I just noticed that the more I am stressed, the more I am gaining weight. Why? Because I find myself eating a lot when I am stressed. Whenever I have a problem and I have mom with me on the table, I find myself eating and eating without thinking how much I have taken in.
So therefore, stress does not always make you lose weight. In some people it does but for some people like me, it doesn’t. It makes you fat!!
